When Faith and Obedience Meets Faith and Obedience

My bridal journey has been long and full. Around September / October 2020, the Lord told me to go wedding dress shopping. I was super excited and ready to do this prophetic act. I shared it with a girlfriend and she was not as motivated. She was feeling discouraged and didn’t want to go. After a few tries, I became a little discouraged myself even though I knew what the Lord was telling me. Well I let it go but Jesus was still telling me to go do it. Finally in January 2021 I decided I was going even if I had to go by myself. At the last minute I ended up asking another girlfriend and she was in for one of my prophetic  shenanigans lol. So I went for one dress even though I knew I wanted 1 for the wedding and one for the reception. It was January 22,2021. At the time the Lord was dealing with me about prophetic numbers … specially 22,222, 1122 etc. I had already picked my colors because some time before that I was led to write down some fellow wives in waiting in my journal and ask them their wedding colors. The Lord told me exactly where to go which was interesting because I didn’t really shop at that mall. He led me to the exact entrance and there was the store! When the lady asked me when I was getting married, I said “SOON!” As I tried on the dresses, I noticed a sign that said NO PICTURES! But the ladies encouraged me to take pictures despite the policy in the store. So here I am January 22, 2021 trying these on … and then the Lord said BUY THEM! So I did! There’s more to the story but I’ll leave it there for now.

Fast forward to the present … I thought that whole thing was useless because the plan in my life at the time didn’t come to fruition.

BUT, in 2023 I had 2 Weddings and a total of 3 Wedding dresses - 2 of which were tailored made for me!

Nothing is wasted ladies!!! The Lord told me, “if one won’t say yes, I’ll send you better! And the longer you have to wait, the better it will be!” What I didn’t know was “the better it will be” also meant, the more I will multiply the joy, the faster I will restore you, the greater my acceleration, the bigger the smiles!!! It’s like compounded interest held up in your spiritual savings account and when it’s time to RELEASE and UNLOCK it, NOTHING can stop it!!!! Whew 🔥🔥🔥all God needs is yielded and willing vessels!

So keep making those prophetic deposits yall!!!! It’s being STORED UP to be released in the perfect timing…when faith and obedience meets faith and obedience!
